Whymans Nursery is a family run business which has been established since 1967.

Initially the Nursery was founded by Fred and Queenie and were later joined by their son Gerald after he completed a horticultural course at Writtle College and an apprenticeship at Engelmann’s Carnation nursery in Saffron Walden.

Although we are a small garden nursery in comparison to other garden centres we stock a large variety of Seasonal Plants, Trees and Shrubs, Statuary, Tubs and Pots, Wild Bird Care products (including Bird Tables, Nest Boxes, Feeders and Food) and various Garden Sundries.

We are happy to order non-stock items upon request if available through our wholesalers.
